Returns

Products that have not been used and are in new condition can be returned within 2 weeks of date of delivery. Please email us at contact@northernultralight.com if you wish to initiate a return. Upon receiving a returned item, assuming it is in like-new condition, the full cost of the item will be refunded, excluding original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

Exchanges

Sizing not quite right? Products can be exchanged within 2 weeks of date of delivery.  All exchange items must be unused and in new condition; consider a walk around the house before hitting the trail if your are unsure about the fit. Please email us at contact@northernultralight.com if you wish to initiate an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning their original purchase. For U.S. and Canadian customers, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
